Most of my career was spent in high complexity domains. I’ve owned design end-to-end at bootstrapped startups, and led multi-year modernisation initiatives at scale-ups. Mentoring designers, shaping hiring, and team rituals is what I love doing.
Because of my penchant for processes, I’ve led governance of numerous design systems—focusing on contribution paths, ensuring quality, and growing adoption—what makes a system succeed or collapse. I’m a deeply development-savvy designer, equally at home in design and code tools, as well as in front of execs making a case for accessibility, performance, and sustainable technology.
